Centerdoor by Framar is a small 3-axis machining numerical center, intended for machining on wood doors and windows frames, controlled by numerical control (circular interpolation). It allows the realization of housings of locks, strikers and hinges of different shapes and dimensions.

CenterDoor by Framar is a small 3-axis digital machining center for door and windows frames machining and controlled by numerical control (circular interpolation). It allows the realization of housing for locks, strikers and hinges, of different shapes and dimensions.

The solid base structure ensures maximum reliability and precision during axis movement on cemented linear guides with precision ball bearing screws and operated by engines to DC current with positioning control encoder . 

A manually operated pump lubricates nuts and screws.

The control device, installed on the control panel independent of the machine, manages all functions in both manual and automatic mode.  

Programming is a guarantee of simplicity thanks to intuitive graphic pages. It is possible to memorize one hundred programs. 

The head group consists of two horizontal mandrels and a vertical mandrel controlled by a dimmer.

A perimeter protection protects the moving parts of the machine while a transparent opening and interlocked protection, installed on the front part, guarantees visibility and  safety during operation.
