Passive cold insulated box. 

This insulated box with ATP certification until February 2028 allows you to transport 600l of fresh or frozen food for 24 hours with load breaks. All you have to do is put the corresponding eutectic plates in order to be able to deliver in a conventional vehicle throughout Europe. It fits perfectly in the new Jumpy, Expert, Trafic, Transporter, Vito and old Doblo. It does not fit into the new Partners and equivalents. The box weighs only 30 kg, a single person can install it or change vehicles.

This insulated box provides good insulation thanks to its construction of thick polyurethane panels, encased in a textile cover that can be removed and washed easily. It works autonomously in passive refrigeration. Indeed, it is necessary to use GN 1/1 eutectic plates previously frozen and place them in the places designed for good cold diffusion. This combination of cooler + eutectic gels allows temperature to be maintained for several hours.
